Dear Colleagues and Friends!

It is our great honor to invite you to the upcoming 1st International Student Medical Congress Kosice (ISMCK09), held on June 23^rd – 25^th 2009 in Kosice, Slovakia. ISMCK09 is devoted for undergraduate as well as postgraduate students working in the field of medicine and related sciences and aims to be one of the main events of Pavol Jozef Safarik University in Kosice - Faculty of Medicine as well as one of the largest biomedical students' conferences in Slovakia.

Although more than a score of high profile medical students' congresses are being held all across the globe and predominantly in Europe, we believe that ISMCK09 will not stay just another conference increasing this count. We aim to significantly strengthen the international network for scientific collaboration not only for our local students but also for all young scientists worldwide with strong sense for quality research and presenting their innovative results.

ISMCK09 offers to exchange ideas on topics through oral or poster presentations and via our online transmission in categories: Basic Science, Clinical Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Public Health and PhD Students Works and win one of the awards in these sessions. Interesting lectures and workshops by keynote speakers from USA, Canada, Israel, Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria and Slovakia are being prepared for active and passive participants.

Acceptable Registration Fees cover accommodation, full board, free public transport and unforgettable social program for the whole duration of the congress. Moreover, all conferee are welcome to take part at a breathtaking Postcongress Tour and visit the most beautiful features in Slovakia.
